These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to (1) the general Flynt referral programme ("Referral Programme") and (2) the Flynt referral competition running from 15 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 ("Competition").
Both are operated by Flynt Connect Ltd (Company No. 16488976) ("Flynt", "we", "us", "our").
By sending referrals, participating in the Referral Programme, or entering the Competition, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms operate in addition to Flynt's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

- Be aged 18 or over;
- Be resident in the United Kingdom;
- Have an active Flynt account in good standing.
- Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Flynt Connect Ltd, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition, are not eligible to win prizes.
- Flynt may verify eligibility and disqualify users who do not meet these requirements or breach these Terms.
2. How the Referral Programme Works
- Users ("Referrers") may invite individuals ("Invitees") to join Flynt using the official referral link or referral method provided.
- Invitees must:
- Not be existing or previous Flynt users;
- Complete Flynt's sign-up and onboarding flow;
- Meet Flynt's eligibility requirements.
- Referrers must only invite individuals who would reasonably welcome the invitation and must comply with all laws regarding digital communication and privacy.
- Referral benefits (if any) hold no cash value unless explicitly stated and may change at Flynt's discretion.
3. Prohibited Referral Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fake accounts or referring oneself;
- Posting referral codes on coupon or incentive-manipulation websites;
- Using bots, automated systems, or mass-spamming invitations;
- Misrepresenting Flynt or claiming to act on Flynt's behalf;
- Offering external financial or misleading incentives to lure sign-ups;
- Any activity that undermines Flynt's integrity, reputation, or user trust.
Flynt may remove referral privileges, void benefits, suspend accounts, or take further action for any prohibited behaviour.
4. How the Competition Works
The Competition runs from Monday 15 December 2025 to Friday 31 January 2026.
To enter, participants must:
- Have an active Flynt account;
- Invite at least two new Invitees who successfully sign up and complete onboarding through the participant's referral link/method during the Competition Period.
Only referrals generated during the Competition Period count toward entry.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
5. Prize
- One eligible participant will win £200, selected at random after the Competition Period ends.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no alternative will be offered.
- Flynt may replace the prize with another of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants.
- The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Flynt account within 14 days of the Competition closing.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Flynt may select an alternative winner.
- Flynt is not responsible for communication failures including spam filters, inbox issues, or incorrect contact details.
7. Fraud, Irregularities, and Misuse
Flynt may disqualify any participant or void any referral benefits if:
- Referrals appear fraudulent, duplicated, or suspicious;
- Accounts are created solely for the purpose of manipulating the system;
- Any form of prohibited behaviour (Section 3) is detected;
- A participant breaches these Terms or attempts to interfere with the Competition's fairness.
Flynt's decisions regarding eligibility, fraud, or misuse are final.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Flynt is not responsible for:
- Technical failures, platform downtime, or tracking issues;
- Lost, corrupted, or delayed referrals or entries;
- Miscommunications or failures of digital services;
- Any adverse effects arising from participation in the Referral Programme or Competition.
- To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Flynt excludes all liability for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss;
- Loss of income, data, reputation, or opportunity.
- Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Data Protection
- Referrers must only share Invitees' personal data with Flynt if the Invitee has given permission.
- Flynt will process all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
- Flynt may contact Invitees solely for onboarding and product-related purposes unless broader consent is provided.
10. Publicity
Flynt may request permission to share the winner's first name and general location for promotional use.
Consent is optional and not required for prize eligibility.
11. Amendments, Suspension, or Termination
- Flynt may amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme or Competition at any time where necessary for legal, operational, or technical reasons or to protect the integrity of the system.
- Any referral benefits not yet redeemed may be voided if misuse is detected or the programme is discontinued.
- Continued referral activity after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
