TL;DR: Flynt's Alpha matching round has officially begun. Our matching model has selected participants for its first set of curated connections. We've messaged the matches, and the first Flynt Friday meetings kick off this August.
The moment we've all been waiting for – we've officially started Flynt's Alpha phase! This round includes just six carefully selected participants split into two groups of three, with each group taking part in one Flynt Friday session. These sessions happen on the last Friday of each month—if you're taking part, we'd love you to protect the 3pm slot on the last Friday of this month. If you're reading this and thinking "I want in" – we're building a waitlist for our Beta phase launching this autumn. Join our waitlist. We're keeping our matching process really tight and deliberate. We're only pairing people our model feels genuinely confident about. Your time is precious, and we want every conversation to feel really worthwhile.
At the heart of this Alpha round is something we're pretty excited about – understanding (and improving) how professional chemistry actually forms. Data can tell us loads: career overlap, shared interests, mutual goals. But it can't yet grasp those subtle things that really matter – personality, energy, ambition, curiosity. That's what makes us humans special. We're building Flynt grounded on human-first principles. Everyone in Alpha will help shape what Flynt becomes. We'll chat with you and ask you for feedback. If your match felt meaningful, we'd love you to invite someone you admire professionally. This is how we want Flynt to grow: one exceptional person at a time. As an Alpha participant, you'll also know first hand when we release new features and updates.
