You can now connect your Google Calendar to Flynt

Connect Google Calendar to Flynt. Share a link with anyone, show real availability automatically, and meetings land in both calendars.

TL;DR: You can now connect your Google Calendar to Flynt. Share a personal Flynt link with anyone, your real availability shows up automatically, and meetings land straight in both calendars. Save time meeting people inside and outside Flynt.
We want it to be as easy as possible for you to find time to connect with the people who help you reach further in your own ambitions.
One of the biggest things in the way of that is the bit before the conversation. Figuring out when you're both free. Looking at each other's calendars. Going back and forth on times.
Until now, Fridays did the heavy lifting
Since the first version of Flynt, we've asked you to tell us when you're free across a set of Fridays.
We chose Fridays because they tend to be lighter on the work front than other weekdays. And for professional-shaped conversations, late evenings and weekends rarely work for anyone.
You'd uncheck the times that didn't suit, and we'd suggest 3pm, which has consistently been a popular slot.
It worked. It also asked something of you every single month.
The vision has always been to make every part of meeting people easy
The version we've always had in mind is one where you don't have to tell us when you're free at all. Flynt would have a conversation with your calendar and figure out what works.

Today is the first step towards that.
Now Flynt knows when you're free
You can connect your Google Calendar to Flynt.
We have official permission from Google to read your availability and book events directly into your calendar.
What that means in practice:
- You get your own Flynt link to share with anyone, whether they're on Flynt or not
- They see your real availability automatically
- If you've got evening plans, Flynt won't book over them. Same for the rest of your day
- The meeting lands straight in both calendars
We've started simple, on purpose
A couple of things worth naming.
You can only connect one calendar for now. Plenty of people juggle multiple, and we'll get there.
Google is first because it's the easiest provider to build against and covers a large slice of our user base. Other providers are on the list.

Monthly matching gets smarter from here
Soon you'll be able to set dedicated slots that you're happy to keep open for Flynt each month. We'll scan your calendar within those slots and find a time that works, without asking you every single month.
Connect yours
Go and connect your Google Calendar. Let us know what you think.
Happy connecting.
