Getting to know yourself better whilst meeting others

Most of us know intuitively what we're good at and what makes us tick professionally, but struggle to put it into words. This makes career conversations awkward

TL;DR: We've built bite-sized personality quizzes to help you understand your working style better. Your results become part of your Flynt profile for smarter career matching. First up: "Work your way, quirks and all" — think Myers-Briggs but shorter, more fun, and actually useful for your career conversations.
Knowing yourself is a career superpower
Understanding where you excel versus where you struggle is fundamental to professional growth. There are some decent tools to help you with that, like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator offer valuable insights, but most of us still find it challenging to articulate our strengths and working styles to others. It can make career conversations tricky — boxing us into roles we’re not entirely happy in. We think it’s important to get to know yourself better as you grow in your career. While we don’t think it’s the single solution, we’ve built Challenges to help you make progress. They're bite-sized quizzes designed to help you better understand and communicate who you are professionally.
Introducing "Work your way, quirks and all"
Our first Challenge takes a playful approach to self-discovery. It's shorter and more engaging than traditional personality tests, while still providing (hopefully) a meaningful perspective about your work style and preferences. Your Challenge results become part of your Flynt profile, helping us create better matches based on who you actually are—not just your job title or experience. You're always in control: retake any Challenge if your results don't feel right, or choose whether to save them to your profile in the first place.
Personal insights, professionally relevant
When I completed the Challenge, my results labeled me a "People-powered idea machine" — it felt eerily accurate. The "people-powered" aspect feels like a nod to my volunteer work with Samaritans, the mental health charity. While "idea machine" captures my passion for building tech products. There’s a full breakdown, but you’ll have to get matched with me on Flynt and find out! Or you might be a People-powered idea machine yourself, in which case, if you know, you know.
