Partner with founders, leaders, and teams who need product thinking but don’t yet have (or don’t need) a full-time product manager. 💡 Scope and shape consulting engagements across the product lifecycle – from problem framing and success metrics to MVP definition, roadmaps, and experiment plans. 💡 Run discovery conversations and light research to understand users, stakeholders, and constraints, turning them into structured problem statements, opportunity areas, and hypotheses. 💡 Create lightweight product artefacts (personas, jobs-to-be-done, opportunity–solution trees, Now–Next–Later roadmaps, experiment backlogs) that teams can pick up and run with. 💡 Support teams to improve existing workflows and services (e.g. onboarding, customer journeys, internal tools), balancing user experience, operational realities, and any regulatory/compliance needs. 💡 Use generative AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and documentation while keeping humans in the loop for judgment, nuance, and risk management.
