Solving the last mile of networking

We’ve all had great conversations stall when calendars get in the way. Scheduling becomes a barrier, even when the connection feels right.

TL;DR: Networking often dies in the scheduling shuffle. That’s why Flynt now handles it for you: every match happens on a Flynt Friday. You just mark when you’re not free, and we do the rest. One match a month, no calendar ping-pong, all connection.
Most professional connections don’t fail because of lack of interest.
They fail because of scheduling. You meet someone exciting, the spark is there, and then… calendar Tetris begins. Suddenly the buzz of possibility turns into a tedious back-and-forth. Who suggests times? Who seems more available? The moment stalls, and sometimes never recovers. We think this is so disheartening. You’ve done the hard work of finding someone worth meeting — your time should be spent connecting, not coordinating.
Introducing Flynt Fridays
Our solution: one simple, shared touchpoint. Every match happens on a Friday. Why Fridays? They’re when people have more breathing room, more “10% time” for the things that matter but don’t fit neatly Monday through Thursday. By anchoring Flynt to Fridays, we’ve made professional connection feel less like another meeting, and more like an engaging ritual and space to connect with your peers. Every month, you pick your Friday. We handle the rest.
The magic of constrained choice
Here's how the scheduling wizardry works: We assume you're free by default, and you simply let our system know the times you can't make. Then our algorithm runs and finds the best slot across both participants, biasing towards the afternoon and 3pm where possible. This way we've constrained availability to give you and your match the best chance of meeting, encouraged wide windows so there's high probability of overlap, and had the system handle all the coordination so you don't have to lift a finger.
Your outsourced networking department
Flynt becomes your fully managed networking solution: great matches, no awkwardness, and all the scheduling handled out of the box. Because the best professional relationships shouldn't die in calendar ping-pong.
