A big year ahead for you and for Flynt

Happy New Year 💛 2026 is a big year for Flynt — we hope it’s a big one for you too. Our community will grow into the largest curated network of its kind, we’re rolling out important new features starting now, and everything we build this year is shaped directly by the people already using Flynt. This update is about what’s coming, why it matters and why we’re grateful you’re part of it.

What’s new: rescheduling

We’re introducing rescheduling. Life happens. Meetings move. Plans change. You can now reschedule a match easily when you need to, without awkward coordination or friction. It’s a small feature with a big impact. Reliability and flexibility are foundational for Flynt to fit naturally into your working life.

What’s coming this year

Throughout 2026, Flynt will continue to grow in depth and quality of experience. Always in service of higher quality connections. We’re exploring:

• Easy rescheduling, life changes. Matches move without friction or awkward coordination
• Group based features, small, time-boxed groups of peers across companies who are facing similar challenges and want to work through them together.
• Referral rewards, recognising and appreciating people who invite others they genuinely respect.
• In-person features, when conversations naturally want to continue offline.
• Many many more features, there are others we’re holding back from mentioning here and others that will be created based on your feedback this year.

Any feature we introduce will be designed to help connections grow higher in quality and compound over time, not disappear after a single conversation. Everything will be introduced gradually and guided by your feedback.
