Early stage
We're transitioning from founder-built to founder-led. The people we hire now will fundamentally shape everything that comes next.

Two founders, a growing community of hundreds of community members, and space for a handful of people who want to build with us. That's it.

About the role
You'll be responsible for how Flynt shows up in the world: our voice, our presence, our community. This is a foundational role where you'll build our growth engine from scratch, not optimise an existing one.
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical rigour. You should be equally comfortable writing a compelling LinkedIn post, analysing funnel metrics, and having genuine conversations with our community. The right person sees marketing as storytelling and community-building, not just lead generation.
What you'll do
- Define and own Flynt's brand voice across all channels
- Build and grow our social media presence from the ground up
- Create content that resonates with ambitious professionals
- Develop and execute creative growth experiments
- Engage authentically with our community and potential users
- Track and analyse growth metrics to inform strategy
- Collaborate with founders on positioning and messaging
- Identify and pursue partnership and PR opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven ability to build an audience or community from scratch
- Exceptional writing skills. You can make B2B content genuinely interesting
- Native fluency in social platforms (especially LinkedIn and Twitter/X)
- Data-driven approach. You measure what matters and iterate accordingly
- Taste and creativity. You know what good content looks like
- Genuine interest in professional development and networking
- Scrappy mindset. You find creative solutions without big budgets
- Based in the UK or Europe
This role isn't for you if
- You need a big team or agency support. You'll be building solo initially
- You prefer performance marketing over brand. We're focused on organic growth
- You want a playbook to follow. You'll be writing the playbook
- You're uncomfortable being the face of the brand. Visibility is part of the job
- You see social media as a broadcast channel. We believe in genuine engagement
You'll own part of Flynt
