Our biggest update yet. The Flynt iOS app, Swap notes, Circles, our first B2B pilot with Wise, People you might like and more in-person events .

TL;DR: A big catch-up: Flynt is now on the App Store, plus Swap Notes, Circles and People you might like, our first B2B pilot with Wise, more in-person events, annd Excellent Trustpilot rating.
We've been heads down building at Flynt, and it means we've gone quiet on updates for longer than we'd like. So here's a proper catch up, because there's genuinely a lot to share.
The biggest one first: Flynt is live on the App Store. A few of you have already started using it, and it's already changing how quickly people are engaging with their matches.

With the app, you can message your matches on the go, see and share your booking link with anyone you want to catch up with, whether they're on Flynt or not, and edit your profile whenever you feel inspired to. All the good stuff you already do on the web, just natively on your iPhone (Android coming soon).

In between catch ups with your matches, Swap Notes gives you a space to share how you like to work, things you've learned, books worth reading, podcasts worth checking out. Each week we post a simple question and you can just respond to it, or go further and add your own thoughts. Sharing more detail with whoever's reading. You choose who sees it too, whether it's the whole Flynt community, or just your connections.

And if someone's answer sparks a conversation topic, you can ask Flynt to make the introduction, so you can meet them properly.
We've also launched Circles. Think of the people you used to work with, people you'd genuinely like to stay in touch with. Maybe a WhatsApp group was never quite the right fit, or one exists and has gone quiet, the way these things often do.

Circles gives that group a home, and Flynt takes accountability for keeping it alive. We’ll be in the chat with you, helping plan the next catch up, so staying connected doesn’t rely on someone finally sending the “we should really meet up” message. Equally, you can see who else from your company is on Flynt and at some point, we'd like to introduce you to a new group of people you can have a great chat with too.
One we haven't shouted about much, but that's been quietly running for a while: People you might like. You'll see anonymised profiles and simply say whether you'd like to meet them or not. Your response helps us understand who to prioritise for you and who to deprioritise, so your matches keep getting sharper.
And if you and someone else both like each other, you're matched immediately. Just tell us your availability and we'll take it from there, calendar booking included.
Alongside these, there’s been a steady stream of smaller improvements too, all in service of making everything feel a bit more seamless and a bit more joined up.
We recently ran an event in partnership with Wise, matching over 500 of their servicing leads on a single day. It was the first time we'd run Flynt exclusively within one company, giving people the chance to meet colleagues from across the business who could genuinely be useful to their day to day work, and to learn from people they'd never normally cross paths with.

The feedback was brilliant, and it's given us real conviction to start building out more B2B shaped events with other partners. If you think this could be valuable for your team, get in touch at hello@flynt-connect.com.
We've also kept running our own in-person meetups. The first had around 30 people through the door, the second around 10, and both were genuinely special in their own way. What's stayed consistent across each one is how quickly people get into a proper, meaningful conversation with whoever's sat next to them.
One moment from our June meetup has stuck with me. A group had gathered round the table, drinks in hand, talking through career decisions and things they were still making sense of, the kind of conversation you don't often get space for. I also got to hear about an app someone in the community has been quietly building, and it was a genuine pleasure to be able to introduce that to others around the table too.

Small but meaningful milestone: Flynt is now rated Excellent on Trustpilot. If Flynt has been useful to you, however big or small, we'd love to hear about it.

There's more on the way. We're working with a few different partners to bring different kinds of events onto Flynt, all centred around meeting great people and doing career shaped things well. Watch this space.
We’re also exploring a subscription tier, Expert, designed to add real value on top of everything Flynt already does: taking care of the painful bits of managing your career and your network, so you can focus on the parts that actually bring you joy.
Flynt exists to make your career genuinely fulfilling, whether that's meeting someone new or staying close to someone you already valued working with. It's the community shaping where you're headed next and helping you make sense of where you've already been.
If you haven't experienced it yet, come join us. We'd love to have you.
