What members say

It was a really great call, we ended the call wondering what the next steps were. Might be nice to have an email reminder after a couple of days, or even straight away with suggested next steps — give feedback, swap details etc.

I can see Flynt becoming like sort of my assistant for organising how I meet interesting people in London, that would be amazing.

The conversation felt more meaningful, with both people genuinely engaged. In most networking settings, conversations can feel forced but with Flynt, it felt completely natural

The countdown and reveal gave me a small rush. The match quality was high, the conversation wasn't awkward, and it worked.

Flynt reconnected me with an important connection. Catching up free from strict agendas or specific outcomes allowed us to chat about more meaningful topics. Loved the experience. Can’t wait until next time.

You meet someone one on one and have the opportunity to have a proper conversation with them. I really appreciate the chance to get a different perspective on work/product/Monzo/the BBC—very healthy I think.

Flynt feels like such a refreshing take on networking. Most networking I've done has been very industry-focused, which can be nice, but staying in the same bubble can become limiting—you're not always challenged to think differently.

Just revealed my first Flynt match. Love love love it.

Flynt made everything very easy and natural. What helped a lot was that Flynt generates five questions before the match starts, which allows you to prepare for the conversation in advance. This really helped me feel more comfortable and confident.

I think it’s a welcome reprieve from the hell that is LinkedIn and a clever USP to provide matches that go beyond surface level! I think it’s great you’re matching people that have commonality whether roles or other facets your capture for the onboarding.

It's like a less awkward version of messaging someone on LinkedIn and being ignored because they don't know who you are — because you've both got the same interest in networking.

Flynt in person — great chats, great people

One good conversation can change the shape of a week. That's the whole idea behind Flynt. This is it in a room, in person, across a table. Our fourth in-person evening. Same principle we always work to: you get introduced to people worth meeting, except here you're doing it face to face rather than over a virtual call. Before you arrive, we'll show you three people we've paired you with. Treat them as a starting point. Once you're in the room, talk to whoever you gravitate towards. The first evening, back in April, put 28 strangers in a room at SAMA Bankside and left most of them mid-conversation by the time we called it. The second went the other way: a smaller group, closer to everyone around one table having a chat. In August we filled a room in Bermondsey and the conversations ran right to the end of the night. Three for three, which is why these are now a fixture every two months. For number four we're going back to SAMA Bankside. It's the room that started this so we're returning to it with a bigger group. Up to 50 places. Great food and great people.

Sip & Paint x Flynt

Flynt is about one good conversation changing your week, usually through people we match you with. This time we're doing it over paint instead of a bar. We'll pair you with a few people worth meeting, then it's cocktails, pizza and creative freedom. No experience needed. Good to know: you'll get a drink of your choice with alcohol-free options. Pizza provided with vegan and vegetarian options. Photos taken, opt-out available.

Questions?

We use AI to analyse profiles and find the most compatible professional matches. Our algorithm considers your background, goals, interests, and the specific challenges you're facing to connect you with someone who can provide valuable insights and perspective.

Each month, we match you with a compatible professional for a 45-minute conversation. Our AI analyses your background, goals, and interests to find the right person. You get your match on Tuesday, meet on Friday, and build meaningful connections over time.

Just 45 minutes a month for your Flynt Friday meeting. We'll give you your professional match on Tuesday so you have a few days to prepare. The actual conversation is 45 minutes, but what happens after is up to you.

Absolutely. We only share what you're comfortable with, and only with your match. No selling data, no creepy algorithms, no spam. Your conversations are completely private with no recordings or observers. Check our privacy policy for the details.

Drop your email above, complete a short profile, and you'll be in the next match cycle. No application, no waitlist.

Remote workers, freelancers, founders of small teams, solo specialists, long-tenured employees and people navigating a career transition. If you're competent, ambitious, and figuring out what's next, you're in the right place.

A horizontal move into work that fits you better, a first hire in a new field, going independent, finding a step-up that suits who you are. Forward motion you can name, not vague "career growth".

Yes. Flynt is built for seasons. Use it intensely during a transition, pause once you've landed, come back when the next thing comes up.

LinkedIn is a public profile and a feed. Flynt is a private community where we find the people worth talking to and book the conversation for you. No posting, no pitching, no algorithm.

That's okay! Not every conversation will be life-changing, and we're still learning what makes great professional matches. Give it an honest 45 minutes, and if it doesn't work out, tell us why.

Your calls are completely private between you and your match. We don't record or monitor conversations. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you can report your match through our platform, and we'll take immediate action to protect your experience. We take safety seriously and have measures in place to ensure all users feel secure.
